Sales Ledger Administrator
Responsibilities:
The function of the Sales Ledger Administrator is to ensure the accurate allocation of customer payments to the right debtor account invoices, update daily cash spreadsheets and monitor resolution of items in unallocated accounts
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 years work experience in receivables/payables management and bank transactions (local and overseas) for a multinational company
- Adept in using Sun/Oracle accounting system
- Well-versed in MS Office applications, specifically intermediate Excel
- Excellent oral and written English skills, interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
- Willing and able to work on variable shift schedule as required
- Responsible, motivated and can work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
