Promo Mechanics:
1. All Taters customers are entitled to join the raffle promotion.
2. For every P250.00 food and drink purchase (single receipt), customer gets a raffle coupon upon presenting the receipt at the Redemption Booth. The raffle coupon will entitle him/her to get a chance to win prizes during the raffle draw.
3. Customer must fill-out the raffle coupon with complete details (Name, Address, Telephone No. and affix Signature) to qualify for the raffle.
4. Once the coupon is filled out with complete details, customer may drop the raffle coupon in the drop box at any Taters branch.
5. The raffle prizes are as follows:
- 1st Prize: Round-trip tickets for two to Boracay plus three days and two nights stay at Boracay Tropics (Breakfast included).
- 2nd Prize: Round-trip tickets for two to Palawan plus three days and two nights stay at Sheridan Beach Resort and Spa (Breakfast included).
- 3rd Prize: Round-trip tickets for two to Cebu plus three days and two nights stay at Crimson Beach Resort and Spa (Breakfast included).
- Plus 20 winners of P1500 GC's from Folded and Hung, Jellybean and Taters (500 each).
6. Round trip tickets (Cebu Pacific Air), hotel accommodation and gift certificates are valid one year upon date issued.
7. Deadline for submission of entries is on April 24, 2011, 10:00PM
8. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
9. Raffle entries will be drawn on May 6, 2011, 3:00PM at Taters Enterprises, Inc. Head Office located at the 20th floor of Cityland Pasong Tamo Tower Don Chino Roces Ave. Makati City. Winners will be announced and notified on how to claim their prizes via email, phone call, facebook, twitter fan page, and registered mail.
10. Taters employees and relatives up to 2nd degree consanguinity of affinity are not entitled to join the raffle promo.
11. Winners are given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prizes. After the 60-day claiming period. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Taters with prior DTI approval.
12. Winners must bring two (2) valid identification cards such as driver's license, SSS card, passport, birth certificate, and the winning raffle ticket upon claiming of their prizes.
13. Metro Manila winners may claim their prizes at Taters Enterprises, Inc. head office located at the 20th floor Cityland Pasong Tamo Tower, Makati. For Provincial winners, they may claim their prizes at the local Taters Branch.
14. A Participant can win only once. If a name wins more than once he/she gets the bigger prize.
15. 20% TAX for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 will be shouldered by Taters Enterprise, Inc.
